To learn about basic theories on linear time-invariant systems, and aim to understand discrete signal fundamentals and signal processing. To acquire extensive hands-on programming experience in discrete signal processing with MATLAB.

概要 |
This course provides students with the opportunity to gain Fundamental concepts of signal processing, Mathematics required for signal processing, Fourier transforms and sampling theorems to time-frequency analysis, MATLAB skills to analyze discrete systems and design digital filters. |

Students need a solid background in calculus and linear algebra. Experience with MATLAB is desirable, but not necessary. Students are expected to read related text chapters and review previous notes before coming to that day’s class or tutorial hour. |
